Coupons for Delayed Pre-Orders

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery times. Sellers are required to ship all pre-order items to SASOM for authentication within the shipping duration specified in the listing, which sometimes can be delayed.

If your pre-ordered item delivery is taking longer than expected, we will offer you a ฿100 coupon for each delayed day. (Maximum ฿300)

In case your pre-ordered item is canceled, we apologize for the inconvenience, and will offer you a ฿500 coupon.

✳ The coupons are valid for 2 months from the date of receipt with no minimum spending.
