At SASOM, we’re building a trusted, community-led review space where buyers can share honest experiences, size-fit insights, and help others shop with confidence. To keep reviews useful and reliable for everyone, we’ve created the following Product Review Guidelines.

How to write a helpful review

• Share truthful, first-hand feedback about the product’s quality.
• Include details that other buyers would value — such as material feel, sizing accuracy, condition, or how well the item matched the listing photos and description.

What to avoid

Your words influence the community, so please help us maintain a respectful and informative environment. Reviews should not include:

• Inappropriate, offensive, or harassing remarks
• Spam or irrelevant messages
• False, misleading, or deceptive statements
• Restricted, illegal, or infringing content
• Obscene or explicit content
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Advertisements or promotional content
• Personal data that identifies or could identify another individual
• Feedback unrelated to the product itself (e.g., delivery or operational issues)

SASOM reserves the right to remove any Review we deem inappropriate, illegal, or irrelevant, including but not limited to content listed above.
