SASOM defines "Pre-owned" accessories as follows:
✳ Show signs of being used.
✳ Original packaging and accessories are not required.
All items will be based on the product photos and the equipment listed. Buyers should review the photos before making a purchase. If any damages or missing packaging are not specified by the seller, the transaction will be process according to SASOM's product guidelines.
Pre-owned Grade Scale (Luxury Accessories Only)
For luxury accessories classified as "Ready to Ship," SASOM applies a standardized grading system based on the actual condition of the item assessed during the authentication process, prior to secure storage at SASOM Storage. Each luxury accessory is assigned one of the following grades:
✳ Grade A+: Virtually no signs of use. May show faint hairline scratches.
✳ Grade A: Light signs of gentle use. Minor wear on corners and edges.
✳ Grade B: Moderate signs of regular use. Visible flaws, fully functional.
Please note that this grading system applies exclusively to luxury accessories. For all other (non-luxury) accessories, the original pre-owned definition above continues to apply.
SASOM's authentication standards are continuously updated to ensure smooth transactions between trading parties and establish more balanced authentication standards. Please refer to the latest authentication standards prior to transaction.
All products sold or purchased are shipped only when SASOM's professional authentication team thoroughly checks the condition of the product and passes the authentication.
Precautions regarding accessories:
✳ SASOM performs basic quality checks and authentication. However, as an intermediary, SASOM is not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty for each product.
✳ For questions about product functionality or other product-related issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.
✳ For accessories authentication, the sealed packaging is opened during the authentication process.
In addition to the criteria outlined by SASOM's authentication standards, products that are not recognized as defective by the manufacturer for the reasons listed below, or products that cannot be clearly identified based on our authentication standards, will not be considered defective. As a result, purchase cancellations will not be allowed for these reasons.
✳ Missing or missing parts on product tags, components, etc.
✳ Issues that may arise due to the manufacturing process, distribution process, or material characteristics.
Regarding ambiguous product conditions, non-specific product conditions, and individual differences due to the manufacturing process of a specific model, the final decision will be made by the authentication center manager.

✳ If no response is received from the buyer within 24 hours of notification, the product they intend to purchase will automatically be deemed to have passed inspection, and cancellation will not be an option.
