Interim Seller Governance Policy

Updated November 18, 2025

SASOM will implement an Interim Seller Governance Policy, effective November 1, 2025.

This policy aims to strengthen STD (Standard) seller performance management, maintain product authenticity, and enhance buyer satisfaction across the platform.

Key Policy Points

1. Order Failure Rate Review Every 3 Months

Order failure rates from STD (Standard) sellers will be reviewed and calibrated every 3 months to ensure consistent service quality and operational reliability.

2. Seller Group Classification

All authenticated sellers will be classified into two groups based on their quarterly order volume:

  • High-Order Sellers: More than 30 orders within 3 months
  • Low-Order Sellers: 30 or fewer orders within 3 months

This classification ensures that fair and performance-based standards are applied across all seller groups.

2.1 High-Order Sellers

If the order failure rate exceeds 10%, listings will be temporarily delisted and the account must operate under R2S for 3 months.

2.2 Low-Order Sellers

If the order failure rate exceeds 20% (and more than 10 completed orders), listings will also be delisted and R2S selling will be required for 3 months.

3. Reinstatement After R2S Period

After successfully completing the 3-month R2S period, sellers will be automatically reinstated to their default selling mode and may continue selling via R2S, Standard, or both models.

These measures are designed to support platform sustainability, ensure consistent service quality, and strengthen customer trust while maintaining fair opportunities for all sellers.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards within the SASOM community.
