SASOM has no return, refund, and exchange policy except the following:
✳ You believe that the item you received is counterfeit.
✳ You believe that the item's condition is not correct according to the stated condition when purchasing.
✳ There’re additional policies regarding return, refund, and exchange implemented, which will be updated in the Notice section of the Help Center.
To request return, refund, or exchange, please contact our customer service within 3 days after receiving the item. We will contact you to provide the following procedures as soon as possible.

✳ Please do not remove the SASOM authentication tag under any circumstances. Any item without the SASOM authentication tag attached will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
You will receive a refund through the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time depends on the payment method as follows:
