What does the 'Confirmed' order status mean?

Confirmed order status contains orders that are in progress, which includes the process from seller shipment to SASOM, authentication, and shipping item from SASOM to buyer.

Confirmed

The seller will ship the item to SASOM within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Item arrived at SASOM

Once the item has arrived at SASOM, we will begin the strict authenticity and quality inspection. If the item does not match the product description and order details, it will immediately be rejected. Inspection time varies depending on the product.

Authentication 

Once the item passed our authentication process, we’ll deliver your order via shipping method you’ve selected.

Item shipped from SASOM

You can track shipping status via provided Tracking Number, which will be available within 24 hours after the shipment is processed.

   

Once the order has been successfully delivered, the status will be updated to 'Completed.'
