What does the 'Confirmed' order status mean?

Confirmed order status contains orders that are in progress, which includes the process from seller shipment to SASOM, authentication, and shipping item from SASOM to buyer.

After you confirm your order, please ship your item to Sasom within 48 hours via shipping method you’ve selected. You can track shipping status via provided Tracking Number, which will be available within 24 hours after the shipment is processed.

Item arrived at SASOM
Once the item has arrived at SASOM, we will begin the strict authenticity and quality inspection. If the item does not match the product description and order details, it will immediately be rejected. Inspection time varies depending on the product.

Order completed

Once the item passed our authentication process, we’ll process your payout within 2 working days. (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays)

Once the payout has been successfully transferred to your bank account, the status will be updated to 'Completed.'
