What is Size Insurance?

Size Insurance is an add-on service for apparel on SASOM, allowing buyers to request a one-time size change per order.

Eligibility

• Sneakers: Some items are eligible.
• Apparel: Most apparel are eligible except for limited edition or final sale items.

• A request for a size change must be submitted within 3 days of the order being marked as delivered. Buyers may contact our customer service team to initiate the process.

• The item must be minimal used, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

How It Works

• Buyer adds the Size Insurance at Checkout.

• Once the order is delivered, the buyer can request a size change via the SASOM platform.
• The buyer ships the original item back to SASOM within 3 days using a prepaid return label.
• Sasom verifies the item’s condition and ships the requested size.
• If the requested size is unavailable, refund (excluding the add-on fee) will be offered.

Return Product Condition

To qualify for a size change, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

• Original Condition: The item must show no obvious sign of warn, unwashed, and in its original state as received.
• Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, shoeboxes, plastic wraps, dust bags, and accessories (if applicable) must be included and undamaged. The SASOM authentication tag must remain attached and show no signs of being removed.
• No Signs of Use: Items with stains, odors, damages, observable creases (for sneakers), or signs of wear will not be accepted.
• Proper Packing for Return: The item must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit. The shoebox (for sneakers) must not be used as the shipping box.

Pricing & Fees

• Buyers without the add-on must follow standard return policies and may not be eligible for an exchange.
• The return shipping fee is covered for buyers who purchased the add-on.

Restrictions

• Only one size change per order.
• If the returned item does not meet the policy conditions, the request will be denied.

Note:

✳ SASOM reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions. If rejected, the item will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense.
