What will happen to my account if I receive a warning notice?

A warning notice will be sent via email or mobile notification in the case when you've breached Buyer Prohibited practices.

Your account health status will be moved to "Average" and under assessment for 1 month.

We would like to ask you to be mindful, not to repeat these incidents and follow SASOM's Terms & Conditions to avoid penalties and improve your account health status.

Your account will automatically be updated to "Excellent" when you haven't received any warning or penalty notice within 1 month

Example: Account health status

Step 1: Go to Profile page and click ‘View Profile’

 

Step 2: Select ‘Buyer Profile’ menu

Step 3: Account Health status will be displayed at the bottom of your Buyer Profile. You can view Account Health history by click ‘View history’
