Why am I not receiving any SASOM email or notification?

If you don’t receive any email or notification from SASOM, please check the following settings.

Email notification

Check whether the email address used to order matches your current email address.

App notification

For iOS Users

  1. Open your device's Settings app
  2. Select 'Notifications’ → ‘SASOM’
  3. Tap ‘Allow notifications’

For Android Users

  1. Open the Android settings app
  2. Select Apps & notifications → ‘SASOM’
  3. Select Notifications
  4. Tap ‘Show notifications’

LINE Notify

You can receive order updates from SASOM to your LINE account by connect to LINE Notify.

  1. Go to the ‘Notification’ in 'Profile' page
  2. Click ‘LINE Notify
  3. Log in to your LINE account to connect
