Why was my purchase cancelled?

Your purchase may be canceled due to the following reasons:

Buyer Cancellation

The buyer canceled the order within 1 hour of purchase and before the seller confirmed it.

The buyer canceled the order because the seller confirmed or shipped the item later than the specified timeframe.

Seller Cancellation

The seller chose to reject the sale after being notified about the transaction.

Shipment Delay

The seller didn’t ship the item to SASOM within 48 hours after order confirmation.

Authentication Failed

The item received from the seller didn’t meet one or more of SASOM’s Product Guideline.
