Double Reimbursement Policy for Counterfeit Items

At SASOM, we authenticate every single item to the minute detail to ensure that the item is 100% authentic.

However, if you suspect that the product you received is counterfeit, you may be eligible for double reimbursement.

To request reimbursement, please contact our customer service within 3 days after receiving the item to process the return. There are 2 options for reimbursement:

1. A full refund and exchange for another authenticated item.

2. A full refund and a coupon of the same value as the item’s price.

Note:

✳ The coupon is valid for 2 months from the date of receipt with no minimum spending.

 

Double reimbursement conditions

✳ This double reimbursement applies to brand-new products purchased from April 6, 2023 onward.

✳ The SASOM authentication tag must remain attached and show no signs of being removed.

✳ The maximum reimbursement is limited to ฿30,000/order
