Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
SASOM has no return, refund, and exchange policy except the following:
✳ You believe that the item you received is counterfeit.
✳ You believe that the item's condition is not correct according to the stated condition when purchasing.
✳ There’re additional policies regarding return, refund, and exchange implemented, which will be updated in the Notice section of the Help Center.
To request return, refund, or exchange, please contact our customer service within 3 days after receiving the item. We will contact you to provide the following procedures as soon as possible.
Note:
✳ Please do not remove the SASOM authentication tag under any circumstances. Any item without the SASOM authentication tag attached will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Refund Details
You will receive a refund through the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time depends on the payment method as follows:
- Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer: Will be refunded to your receiving account within 2 business days
- Credit Card: Will be refunded to your card within 30 business days or 1 billing cycle
- Debit Card: Will be refunded to your card within 45–60 business days
- Alipay Barcode (In-store and Online): Will be refunded to your card within 24 hours

Rabbit Line Pay:
- Paid via linked credit card: Will be refunded to your card within 7–15 business days
- Paid via linked debit card: Will be refunded to your card within 45–60 business days
- TrueMoney Wallet: Will be refunded to your card within 7–15 business days
- WeChat Pay: Subject to WeChat Pay’s refund policy
- Shopee Pay: Subject to Shopee Pay’s refund policy

✳ Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
✳ Please ensure that your payout account details are correct and up to date to avoid any delays in processing your refund.
✳ You can set up or edit your bank account information in Account Settings menu -> Payout Method
