Can I cancel my purchase?

You can cancel your order depending on the item type.

Items Shipped to SASOM for Authentication

You may cancel your order if:

• Within 1 hour after purchase, as long as the seller hasn’t confirmed the order yet
• The seller ships the item later than the expected shipping timeframe

Once the seller confirms the order, the cancellation option will no longer be available.

Cancellation limit

To keep the community fair for sellers, you can cancel only 1 order per month within the 1-hour window. If you have already used your cancellation for the month, you will not be able to cancel another order until the next month.

Authenticated Items (Ready-to-Ship)

Cannot be canceled after purchase, as these items are prepared for immediate shipping.
