How Today’s Score is calculated

Updated February 18, 2026

Today’s Score reflects yesterday’s performance, combined with a quality bonus based on a rolling 30-day window.

To ensure score changes reflect consistent behavior over time, Today’s Score can change within a range of –15 to +10 points per day.

1. Daily Operation Score

The Daily Operation Score reflects how effectively you manage today’s orders.

It is influenced by 3 components:

  • Order confirmation

How promptly you confirm new orders

  • Fast Shipping

How quickly items are shipped after confirmation

  • Business Impact Penalty

Deductions based on daily Failed Order Value

This component responds quickly to recent activity and reflects your day-to-day selling operations.

2. Monthly Quality Bonus

The Monthly Quality Bonus adds bonus points based on selling quality over a rolling 30-day window. (for example, if today is February 1, the window covers January 2 to January 31).

It is influenced by 3 components:

  • Price in Range Rate

Maintaining prices within a competitive range

  • Smart Price Adoption

    Applying Smart Price to orders

  • Other Quality

Such as successful Close Bid orders and applying Price Suggestions

This bonus helps balance short-term fluctuations by rewarding consistent, high-quality selling behavior.

Why Today’s Score may differ from the calculated score?

In some cases, the score calculated from daily performance and monthly bonus may not be fully applied.

This may occur when:

  • Daily score changes exceed the allowed range (–15 to +10)

  • Account score cannot drop below 0

  • An account score limit applies due to a high fail rate or failed orders

  • Penalties are triggered due to recent selling issues

As a result, the Today’s Score shown may differ from the raw calculated value, and the final Account Score reflects the adjusted outcome.
