What are my shipping method options?

We currently offer 3 shipping methods, which are available according to the destination.

✳ Once the order payment has been completed, it is unfortunately not possible to change your shipping address.

EMS Delivery (Thailand)

Your items will be shipped via our logistics partner after authentication. You will receive the items within 3-7 days. We charge a small shipping fee for all items.

Messenger Delivery (Bangkok Metropolitan Area)

Same-day & scheduled delivery options are available for “Ready to ship” items.

Your Items will be delivered via messenger on scheduled date & time that you’ve selected. (Order before 16:00 for same-day delivery)

Note:

✳ Messenger delivery is only available for Ready to Ship items or orders above ฿10,000.

✳ Messenger delivery is now available in Bangkok Metropolitan Area only. The delivery fee will be based on the distance from SASOM to your pinned location.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to following countries:

Laos, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Maldives , Vietnam, Myanmar, Australia, China, Switzerland, United States, Cambodia, New Zealand.

Items will be shipped via our logistics partner after authentication. You can track the shipment status via provided Tracking Number here.
