What happens to my account if I receive a warning notice?

A warning notice is sent to you via email when your Account Score falls to 60–80 (At Risk). This is not a restriction—your account remains active and you can continue selling as usual.
What should I do after receiving a warning?
After receiving a warning:
- Review your recent selling activity
- Improve order confirmation and shipping performance
- Reduce unsuccessful or cancelled orders
Taking action early can help prevent further restrictions.
What happens if my score keeps dropping?
If your Account Score continues to decline and falls below 60
- Your account status will change to Restricted
- You will be limited to listing Ready-to-Ship (R2S) items only
