Service Defects Caused During Nano Waterproof Coating Service

Possible defects include: color fading, color changes, or stains from the spray.

If damage occurs during the service, the buyer will be notified and compensation will be provided as follows:

We provide a 3-month service warranty.

Conditions apply:

1. Valid for 3 months after order date
2. Warranty applies if water seeps into the item during testing or if water droplets do not bead and roll off
3. Applies only to products that used SASOM’s Nano Waterproof Coating Service, with a verifiable Order ID
4. If within the warranty period, the item can be resprayed free of charge
5. After the warranty period, respraying is available at a cost of 650 THB per time
