What Sole Sheet Does SASOM Use?

Updated February 12, 2026

We use DE Sole Premium sheets! Known for durability and flexibility:

Brand: DE Sole Premium

Thickness: 0.9mm

Coverage: Full sole coverage, with additional protective layers on the heel and upper outsole area

Selling Shoes with Sole Protect Installed

If you're selling a product that has been protected with sole sheets, here’s how to list it correctly on SASOM:

  1. Shoes with Sole Sheets Still Attached
    • If you do not remove the sole sheets before selling: → Must be listed as "Defect" condition
  2. Shoes that Had Sole Sheet Removed
    • If the glue residue is completely removed and no marks or damage remain: → Can be listed as "Brand New"
    • If glue residue is visible and cannot be cleaned: → Must be listed as "Defect"

Extra Defect Check (From Sole Protect)

If you list an item as Brand new but our authentication team detects glue residue or related damage from previous sole protection, the product will be automatically flagged as “Extra Defect” and the buyer will be notified and must decide whether to accept or decline before the order is completed.

Service Defects Caused During Sole Protect Installation

If damage occurs during the service, the buyer will be notified and compensation will be provided as follows:

Service Guarantee

We provide a 30-day service warranty.

Conditions apply:

  1. Valid for 30 days after order date
  2. Keep shoes away from water, liquids, or mud
  3. Guarantee only applies to services done by SASOM (with valid Order ID & SASOM sticker on sole sheet)
  4. If sole sheet falls off or is not properly attached → Free fix within guarantee period
  5. If outside guarantee period → 750 THB for new sheet reapplication
