What to do next when I sold my item?

SASOM will notify you when your item has been placed by the buyer. The seller will have 24 hours to confirm or cancel the order.

After you have select shipping method to SASOM and confirm your order, you will receive an email with the Shipping Label.

Please attach the shipping label to the parcel and ship your item to SASOM using your selected shipping method.

Example: How to confirm order

Step 1: Select ‘Selling’ menu in your Profile

Step 2: Select ‘Pending’ tab

Step 3: Click ‘Confirm’ order in ‘Order Detail’ page

Step 4: Select Shipping method and wait for the confirmation email from SASOM.

Step 5: Send an item to SASOM

Attach the shipping label received from the email to the parcel and ship your item to SASOM using your selected shipping method.
