Why was my sales cancelled?

Your sale may be canceled due to the following reasons:

✳ Buyer Cancellation

The buyer canceled the order within 1 hour of purchase and before the seller confirmed it.

The buyer canceled the order because the seller confirmed or shipped the item later than the specified timeframe.

✳ Seller Cancellation

The seller chose to cancel the order after being notified about the transaction.

✳ Delay order confirmation or cancellation

The order was automatically canceled when the seller did not confirm or cancel order within 24 hours.

✳ Shipment Delay

The seller didn’t ship the item to SASOM within 48 hours after order confirmation.

✳ Authentication Failed

The item received from the seller didn’t meet one or more of SASOM’s Product Guideline & Authentication.
