What is SASOM Wallet?

SASOM Wallet is a secure balance kept in your SASOM account that you can use to pay for purchases on SASOM.

Where to find your SASOM Wallet

Go to Profile → Payment & Payout → SASOM Wallet to see your balance and transaction history.

How to add balance to your Wallet

• Redeem a SASOM Gift Card — the card's value is added straight to your Wallet. (See How to redeem a SASOM Gift Card and What is a SASOM Gift Card?)
• Top up your Wallet using QR PromptPay or Mobile Banking.

Wallet balance expiry

Balance expiry depends on how the balance were added:

✳ balance from a top-up never expires

✳ balance from a redeemed gift card expires 2 years after the redemption date.

Wallet balance condition

The SASOM Wallet is in-only. You can use your balance to pay for purchases on SASOM, but it cannot be:

✳ withdrawn to a bank account,

✳ transferred to another SASOM user, or

✳ converted back to cash.

This applies to balance added by top-up as well as balance from a redeemed gift card.

Wallet & refunds

When an order is refunded, the money is returned to the original payment method you used.

• Paid with your Wallet → refunded to your Wallet.
• Paid with another method (card, QR PromptPay, etc.) → refunded to that same method.

Refunds returned to your Wallet appear in your Transaction History and can be used for future purchases on SASOM.
