What does the 'Pending' order status mean?

Pending order status contains placed orders that await seller's confirmation.

After you’ve completed the checkout process and payment, SASOM will notify the seller and they will have 24 hours to confirm or cancel the order.

Once the seller has confirmed the order, the status will be updated to 'Confirmed.'
